Cancellation policy

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to the following terms:

1. Short Stays (up to 29 nights)
• Free cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations made 13 to 8 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total booking value will be charged.
• Cancellations made less than 8 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total booking value will be charged.

2. Extended Stays (30 nights or more)
• Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations made 20 to 14 days prior to arrival: 25% of the first month’s rent will be charged.
• Cancellations made 13 to 8 days prior to arrival: 50% of the first month’s rent will be charged.
• Cancellations made less than 8 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the first month’s rent will be charged.

3. Early Departures
• Early departures are subject to the original notice period as stated in the confirmed booking or agreement.
• Early departures are not permitted in December.
• In absence of a specified notice period, 30 days’ notice is required to avoid penalties.
• Any unused portion of the stay within the notice period is non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Rates
• If a non-refundable rate has been agreed upon, no refunds or credits will be issued in case of cancellation or early departure.

5. Exceptions
• Any exceptions or deviations from the above policy must be agreed upon in writing and confirmed by Cosmopolitan Apartments.

The location in Zürich's Seefeld Quarter places the accommodation close to the shores of Lake Zürich on its eastern side. There is plenty of open space in parkland next to the water, along with access to ferry services. Looking in the other direction onto the major through-route of Seefeldstrasse, guests can access tram and bus services for getting further around the city. The accommodation is located around a 15-minute walk from Zürich Opera House.
