Cancellation conditions before the start of the contract
The termination of a contract is only possible in the cases mentioned below and with the following reservations:
If the request for cancellation is made up to 30 days before the start of the contract, the contract will be cancelled without additional costs. If the cancellation request is made later than 30 days and up to 14 days before the start of the contract, the customer is obliged to pay an administration fee of 10% of the rent. The fee is a minimum of 300 CHF.
If the cancellation request is made later than 14 days before the start of the contract or after it has started, a cancellation is only possible if a new tenant is found. In this case the customer is obliged to pay the administration fee of 10% of the rent. The minimum fee is 300 CHF. If there is no new tenant, the tenant is obliged to pay the entire rent as stipulated in the contract, but not more than 1 month's rent.
