We want to be able to demonstrate to our clients that our partner network is safe, clean, and that the quality of accommodation is suitable for corporate guests.
One of the ways we can do this is to accredit your company and/ or properties via a third party. This can be done with a number of agencies who may measure some or all of the required aspects of running a legitimate operation.
Greengage
Greengage will support you if you wish to demonstrate a practical commitment to environmental sustainability. A process of validation and, where applicable, improvement leads to accreditation. Greengage ECOsmart is an industry accreditation standard, awarded to accommodation providers who have implemented an eco-friendly approach.
Quality in Tourism
Partner with QIT in order to validate, improve, and accredit your operational processes as a company. You can upgrade from an initial verification process designed to reassure customers, to a programme of continuous improvement including driving professional standards in the areas of compliance, cleaning standards, and quality (star) ratings; through to the QIT sustainability programme, REST, or its WellBme (wellbeing and mental health) programme designed to support staff and customers alike.
I-PRAC
Engage with I-PRAC to complete an in-depth certification process. I-PRAC is the globally recognised trust certification, which allows operators to display credibility, trust, and professionalism to potential guests, which in return provides guests with the peace of mind to book with reputable, approved and industry certified short- term rental operators.
ISAAP
Accreditation and/ or certification with ISAAP is an effective differentiator for any serviced accommodation provider. The ISAAP accreditation seal provides reassurance of accommodation safety, cleanliness, and quality to the consumer.
