When you visit our website, you are given the opportunity to give us your personal data, through a number of contact forms. Each form could include your name, email address, job role, phone number, IP/MAC address and any other info you put in the free text boxes. We need all of this to make sure the right person in our business contacts you regarding your enquiry.

This data is stored anywhere within our website, it is passed straight to our CRM system where it is used to contact you regarding your enquiry.

If you are a supplier, then you are able to log in to our supplier portal on our website too. Please note that we treat our supplier’s data differently, so please see the separate fair processing notice which talks about how we process supplier data.

We need a legal basis to process your personal data.  For the personal data you give us through our website, the legal basis is consent.
