About Farringdon

Why Choose Farringdon Serviced Apartments?

Visitors to London will rightfully expect high standards of living and favourable work-life balance conditions. Therefore, we at Situ have carefully sourced a range of high quality, modern Farringdon serviced apartments, perfect for corporate who wish to be in the heart of London. Typical London accommodation, such as hotels or B&Bs tend to be outdated, especially in central London, and most of these properties are notorious for being cramped and looking tired.

Stay in a Situ Farringdon apartment and avoid the disappointment of having to use lobby Wi-Fi and coming back after a full day of work to a shabby room. In our corporate accommodation, all modern conveniences and equipment come as standard. Visitors can count on a fast internet connection, a comfortable office area and a fully equipped kitchen, on-site laundry services and allocated parking spacing. The apartments are designed and based with corporates in mind too, to meet the expectations of the most demanding guests.

Farringdon is one of the most up-and-coming areas of central London, going through constant gentrification. New businesses are proliferating, mainly in hospitality and services, but there is plenty of opportunity for large-scale investment as well. The area is constantly in the process of refurbishing and construction, involving major investment and development companies, converting outdated buildings into modern office spaces of high investment potential.

Dynamic office spaces are in demand, given the flexible structure of modern businesses. Modern hubs with several floors of flexible offices and fully furnished co-working spaces cover all the possible professional needs and come with a variety of rental plans. A united business micro-community is one of the strong points of the area, with many local initiatives for informal and semi-formal business breakfast meetings or micro-seminars, where entrepreneurs of the area can meet informally to make new connections and share their expertise.

The iconic Barbican is one of London’s leading conference venues, regularly hosting events for up to 2000 delegates in its fully equipped concert hall, conference suites and meeting rooms. The Barbican event teams are experts in the arts and corporate events and today they organize major business events in client-oriented packages of on-site, virtual and hybrid events, all arranged at the highest technical level.

The development and property management market are thriving in Farringdon. In recent years Farringdon has gained new residential accommodation, mainly high-end apartments for city businesspeople. Residential and commercial properties here are modern and stylish, so it’s no wonder Farringdon is constantly attracting corporate visitors and relocating professionals. The majority of rental accommodation is reasonably priced compared to other districts of a similarly strategic location.

Despite this strict business feel, the area is perfectly suitable for young expat families as well. There are several reputable schools in the area, and various after-school activities are readily available. Transport links are excellent, all amenities are within a short walking distance, and the residents are part of a diverse, mixed community.

Farrington boasts of a vibrant cultural and entertainment scene. The Barbican, this major gravity centre for all arts, attracts numerous visitors with its constantly changing installations, thought-provoking workshops and film retrospectives. Sadler’s Wells Theatre is the #1 international dance venue in London, regularly presenting top international performers in all genres, from flamenco to hip hop.

On the less formal side, Farringdon has just as much to offer. Charterhouse Street is a renowned foodies’ haven with classy and informal restaurants offering all-time classics with a twist.
